End of Second Quarter Review

It is that time again. Time to take a look at your business and consider your goals vs your actual production.

Are you on pace to make your goal? What do you need to continue to do stay on pace?

If you are not on pace, what do you need to do to get back on track? Name one behavioral change that you could make to turn your business around.

What actions do you need to make in the next 30 days to achieve your goals? Open Houses? Lead Generation? Should you work your database of Past Clients and Sphere of Influence?

Your plan needs to be revisited on a monthly if not weekly basis. You may need to adjust if your current plan is not working.
